Accessibility statement
Last updated:
Negishli is committed to making our website and mobile app usable by people with disabilities, including vision, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This work aligns with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and applicable Israeli digital accessibility regulations for public-facing services.
Scope
This statement covers the Negishli website and the Negishli mobile application (the same interface delivered through Capacitor).
Accessibility measures
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
- Semantic structure and labels for screen readers
- Color contrast targets aligned with WCAG AA
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; labeled map and form controls
- Respect for reduced-motion system settings, plus an in-app reduce-motion option
- Full RTL layout for Hebrew and Arabic
Vision
We support screen readers, skip links, scalable text, high-contrast mode, and meaningful alternative text. Map markers and filters expose accessible names.
Hearing
Core flows do not rely on sound alone. Status and errors are conveyed in text. Place reports can describe hearing-related accessibility of venues.
Motor
Interactive targets meet minimum size guidance where practical. Forms and dialogs are operable by keyboard and assistive technologies.
Cognitive
We use clear language, consistent navigation, and short contribution steps. Users can enlarge text and reduce motion to lower cognitive load.
Known limitations
Third-party map tiles may offer limited screen-reader detail. Some community reports may be incomplete for one or more disability dimensions. We continue improving coverage and testing.
