This notice describes how Negishli processes personal data when you use the website or related apps. It is an operator notice, not legal advice.

What we collect
Account data (email, display name, role). Accessibility reports you submit, including optional photos and map coordinates you choose. Technical logs needed to run the service (for example IP used for rate limiting). Optional analytics events only if you accept analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To operate the map, moderate community reports, secure accounts, send verification and password-reset emails when configured, and — only with consent — measure aggregate site usage.
Legal framework
We process data to provide the service you request and to comply with applicable Israeli privacy law, including the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, as amended. Users in the EEA/UK may also have GDPR rights of access and erasure, which we support in account settings.
Sharing
Approved place accessibility data may be published as open data under CC BY-SA 4.0. Hosting and email providers (for example Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Sentry) process data as processors to run the service. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account data is kept until you delete the account. Community reports remain as anonymized contributions after deletion so the map stays useful. Analytics (if consented) follows the analytics provider’s retention.
Your rights
You can export your data and delete your account from Profile → Settings when signed in. You may object to optional analytics by rejecting cookies on this banner.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in. Optional analytics cookies load only after you accept. Map tiles and fonts may be requested from third-party CDNs as part of displaying the page.
